For QC and compliance

Modular QC software for travelers, hold points and labels

Record-keeping built for the certification workflow: every check signed with who and when, hold points that cannot be skipped, labels and spec sheets you can hand to an inspector. Modular OS does not certify anything; your certification body does.

What you get

What does QC get out of it?

Traveler

every check signed, timed and kept

Each module carries a snapshot of the checklist when it was released. Every item records pass, fail or not applicable, the signer and the time, and prints as a travel log.

Hold

hold points cannot be skipped

A hold point blocks the forward move with no override. Failed checks and open NCRs stay visible on the module and on the board.

Label

labels and spec sheets on file

Record CSA A277, CSA Z240, state insignia and other labels per module, export the register as CSV and print a spec sheet per module.

FAQ

Questions QC managers ask

No. The default stations and checklists are editable starting points for a wood-frame plant, not approved checklists. Your quality manual and certification body decide what the checks must be.

Yes, with a limited account. The third-party inspector signs the items marked for third parties and can raise NCRs; everything else is read-only and no commercial data is shown.

Only by resetting it to pending, which only an admin or QC inspector can do. A third-party check reset on the inspector's behalf requires the inspector's name.

No. It records jurisdiction, code edition and the labels you apply. The only rule-based hint is an advisory oversize-permit note for Ontario.

Open a traveler and see what an inspector would see.

The read-only demo has modules with passed hold points, a failed check and open NCRs.
