These are draft terms for early access. Pilot customers agree specific terms in writing with us before they start.
Who operates the Service
Modular OS has not yet been incorporated as a separate legal entity. The operator will be named here when it is.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe rights, or interfere with other users.
What the Service is not
Modular OS keeps records for your production, certification and billing workflows. It does not certify modules, give legal or tax advice, or calculate tax. Default stations, checklists and payment schedules are editable starting points.
Availability
During early access the Service is provided as is, without a service level agreement.
Termination
Either side can end a pilot or subscription month to month. Your data is handed over on request before deletion.
